Processing Times

For orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts) we offer Free Standard Shipping within the continental U.S.* If you’d like to have your order expedited, we offer 3 Business Day, 2 Business Day, and Next Business Day options. Detailed shipping costs are available during checkout.

Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the next business day! Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Standard shipping option does not guarantee same-day processing and shipping.

Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. 

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Estimated Shipping Times

Orders received before 11:59 AM EST will ship out the same day. Orders received after 12 PM EST will ship out the next day. Free shipping takes 5-7 business days. Overnight shipping for orders received after 12 PM EST takes 2 business days. Overnight shipping for orders received before 11:59 AM EST ships out the same business day.

*SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGES
In the event that an order is processed incorrectly or you receive a damaged and/or defective item(s) please contact Customer Care immediately via email at customerservice@balencimaga.com before shipping your item(s) back to us. This will avoid your item being shipped back to you if the warehouse was not aware your item was received in damaged condition.

Shipping Address

We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend that you insure and track your package. Customers are welcome to use their shipping method of choice; however, return shipping cost for a third-party shipping service is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by our company. A $9.95 return fee applies to all orders, regardless of shipping method used.
